1. Product Information
Mohlin Studio offers physical art prints and artworks, produced in limited editions or as one-of-a-kind pieces (1/1), unless otherwise stated.
Each artwork is created using custom generative processes and finalized by the artist. Due to the nature of limited and unique artworks, minor variations may occur between pieces.
No digital files are included unless explicitly stated on the product page.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are stated in SEK and include 25% VAT unless otherwise specified.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods supported by Stripe.
Mohlin Studio reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice.
3. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
According to Swedish consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom-made artworks
- Limited or one-of-a-kind artworks produced specifically for the customer
As all artworks are produced individually and often on demand, returns and refunds are not offered, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If your artwork arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the damage and packaging.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Artworks are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Estimated production and delivery times are stated on the product page or at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and production method.
Mohlin Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
5. Copyright & Ownership
All artworks remain the intellectual property of the artist.
When purchasing an artwork, you acquire ownership of the physical piece only.
You may:
- Display the artwork in private or professional spaces
- Resell the physical artwork
You may not:
- Reproduce the artwork
- Create prints or copies
- Use the artwork commercially (e.g. advertising, marketing, merchandise)
- Distribute digital reproductions
Any reproduction or commercial use requires prior written permission.
6. Certificate of Authenticity
Where stated, artworks are delivered with a Certificate of Authenticity.
For one-of-a-kind pieces (1/1), Mohlin Studio guarantees that the artwork will never be reproduced.
7. Complaints & Support
If you experience issues with your order, please contact us at info@mohlin-ventures.se.
Valid complaints will be handled in accordance with Swedish consumer protection laws.
8. Data Protection & GDPR
We process personal data solely for order fulfillment, customer communication, and legal obligations in accordance with GDPR.
We never sell personal data to third parties.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us.
